Tgk gmbr cake ni kat fb page mbr, ada resepi so terus try. mmg rsnya sgt sedap. Cheese cake ni ada tiga flavor, choc, coffee n vanilla. topping pun ida wat cream cheese frosting so mmg meletopz dgn cheese hehe..tp mmg sedap n recommended for those yg suka cheese..yg x suka pun sure jatuh cintan kalau makan cake ni...super duper yummy gitu..hehe

~Steam butter cream + choc moist cake~

Hari ni belajar buat steam butter cream.  Alhamdulillah jadi.  Sebenar nya ida x berapa suka butter cream topping coz beminyak n manis tp bab manis leh ar control dgn kurangkan gula tp bab  berminyak mmg xdapt nk nolong..hehe. Sebab tu kesemua kek ida gn fc, choc ganache or cream cheese je.

Oleh kerana ramai org x tau rasa fc and butter cream tu sebenarnya x sama so ida lebih suka buat icing fc utk customer kalau ada request nak butter cream baru ida akan buat. 

So ini lah hasil nya...
